Implementing SAFe framework had several reasons:

  • Align teams to make it possible to implement big projects efficiently
  • Provide transparency and clarity for people inside the teams and to the outside world
We have started in the beginning of 2015 and by the end of 2015 we were successfully through the implementation and transition phase.
The biggest challenge was educating people and getting everybody through the transition phase. So we have spent quite some effort educating, explaining, encouraging and supporting positive changes.
The outcome is good so far. We have delivered all the projects we had promised in Q4 2016. Which means we have a lot of work and challenges to accomplish ahead of us.
